Our mission is to
encourage and prepare underserved youth, for life; using sport, education, and experience as a means of doing so.
These three pillars are our guiding principles and ensure that we are always connecting with organizations and community partners that share the same focus and passion.
Sport
Preparing for Life through Sport. There are many transferable skills developed by playing competitive sports that prove useful in life.
Education
Preparing for Life through Education. Higher learning can come in many ways, both formal and informal. We aim to support organizations that encourage educational pursuits of Construction and Engineering, in both formats.
Experience
Preparing for Life through Experience. Sometimes the best lessons are learned by doing. For this reason internships, apprenticeships, and on-the-job training opportunities are critical.
