Ashley-Lauren (McLean) Ehimwenman | Executive Director

At the center of every company, there are team members who consistently go above and beyond to ensure everyone on the team succeeds – at BOWA Construction, that team member is Ashley. A jack-of-all trades and founding member of BOWA Gives, Ashley ensures that the organization is the fine-tuned, well-oiled machine that it is today. While Marketing and Human Resources are among her exceptional talents, Ashley’s commitment to keeping BOWA true to its roots as a community contributor is remarkable. Her energy and passion for connecting with people is the driving force behind BOWA Gives’ initial success. 

Community engagement is a founding principle of BOWA Construction and, as a long-standing member of Team BOWA, Ashley has led the way in keeping the company and its employees connected to the communities they serve. From high school career mentorship to COVID-19 relief events, Ashley’s passion for aiding others has shown through her efforts. That’s why she kick-started BOWA Construction’s official community initiative, BOWA Gives. Through BOWA Gives, Ashley has led the charge on rooting BOWA employees within the respective Chicago communities in which they work. 

As BOWA Construction continues to grow outside of Illinois, BOWA Gives remains a steadfast initiative within the new communities BOWA will reach, with Ashley at the helm.
