A Weekend of Empowerment, Connection & Competition
Bowa Gives welcomed over 350 young athletes for an unforgettable two-day event filled with empowerment, connection, and competition. The energy on and off the track was unmatched as these incredible girls showed up ready to learn, grow, and push their limits—and they did just that!
From engaging breakout sessions to high-level competition, the weekend was a true testament to the power of community and opportunity. The athletes asked thought-provoking questions, formed new friendships, and exceeded personal goals—all while leaving it all on the track.

BOWA Gives Girls’ Invite at the Dr. Conrad Worrill Track & Field Center at Gately Park
We envision the BOWA Gives Girls’ Invite as the premier event weekend for female athletes to connect, fellowship, and compete at the highest level. This event sets the stage for female athletes to be inspired and feel empowered.
BOWA Gives supports helping girls develop a strong sense of personal achievement and self-esteem. We support the coaches who also serve as positive role models and mentors to the girls; they are the ones who are laying the foundation. Ultimately, we want to create pathways for more young women to achieve their full potential as athletes, women, and leaders.
